We are proud to announce that Seth Hatchett, a dedicated member of our lab, recently presented his groundbreaking research on neuroimaging-enabled driving simulators at the March 6 session of UT Martin Research Series. The event, held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, in the Paul Meek Library, featured various research projects from students within the University Scholars Program.
Under the direction of Dr. John Glass, the Scholars Program brings together students from diverse disciplines, allowing their research to span across multiple fields. Seth’s presentation highlighted the intersection of neuroimaging technology and driving simulation, showcasing his innovative approach to understanding driver behavior and brain function.
In addition to this presentation, Seth has also recently been accepted into the prestigious Amgen Scholars Program at Washington University in St. Louis. This highly competitive program is an excellent opportunity for Seth to further his research and gain valuable experience as part of his engineering internship requirement. We are confident that his participation in the Amgen Scholars Program will help advance his skills and contribute to his continued success in the field of engineering and science.
We congratulate Seth on these outstanding accomplishments and look forward to seeing all that he will achieve in his academic and professional journey.
